Support
For gameplay, account, privacy, or deletion questions, email mindsurgeenterprise@gmail.com.
Include the platform you used, your account email when relevant, the approximate time of the issue, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private security credentials.
Privacy and account deletion
Privacy questions and account-deletion requests can be sent by email or through the request form on the privacy policy. Account deletion requests should use the same email address tied to the Verdictris account so the request can be matched correctly.
Reporting a bug
A bug report is most useful when it lets the problem be repeated. Include:
- the device and browser you played on, and whether it was a solo or multiplayer match;
- the cycle and phase where it happened, such as the Black Market on cycle 3 or Deliberation on cycle 5;
- what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot of the outcome feed or panel if you have one.
Reporting a player or a chat message
The game filters names and chat automatically, but the filter cannot catch everything. To report harassment, hate speech, cheating, or another breach of the terms of service, email the approximate time, the match, the player's visible name, and what was said or done.
A guide that does not match the game
If a guide on this site describes a rule differently from how a match plays, send the page, the sentence, and what you saw. Confirmed errors are corrected and recorded in that guide's revision history; About Verdictris explains the process.
Content rating
Verdictris is intended for teens and adults. The game includes social deception, crime themes, simulated trials, and non-graphic violence.
